set ppp authentication incoming
User level: privileged, supervisor.
Use the
set ppp authentication incoming
command to define the authentication
method used for a PPP server or client session.
Syntax:
The syntax for this command is:
set ppp authentication incoming {pap | chap | none}

set ppp baud-rate

set ppp baud-rate

The peer baud rate must be set at the same value as the host.

set ppp baud-rate {9600 | 19200 | 38400}

pap Password Authentication Protocol (PAP) method
chap Challenge-Handshake Authentication Protocol (CHAP) method
none No authentication

PPP requires CHAP authentication for incoming sessions.
