Entering License Keys
You can view, add, delete and edit License keys through the IP Office Manager
application. License keys can be copied and pasted into the Manager application. This
will help prevent errors arising from manual entry of the 32-character strings.
1. Start IP Office Manager and load the system configuration.
2. Select
System
in the left hand panel. In the right hand panel, right click on the
system icon and select
Edit
. Enter the
License Server IP Address.
E.g. the IP
Address of the PC that has the Feature Key plugged into its serial port (ideally the
Server PC that will be running the CCC applications).
3. Select
License
in the left-hand panel. The right hand panel will now show details
of the License Keys entered on the system.
4. By right clicking in the blank space of the right-hand panel or onto an existing
license you can select to add, delete or modify License Keys. The CCC License
Keys available are:-
CCC License
Keys
CCC Server
Enables the CCC Server application (Archiver and Wallboard Manager).
CCC Agents
Enables various numbers of agents for CCC reporting.
CCC PC Wallboards
Enables CCC PC Wallboard. One license per user.
CCC Spectrum
Wallboards
Enables the operation of Spectrum wallboards with CCC.
One license enables four wallboards.
CCC Supervisors
Enables CCV and Report Viewer users. One license per user.
CCC Designer (user)
Enables CCC Report Designer. One license per user.
CCC Agent Rostering Enables the Workforce Management interface for CCC.
CCC Email
Enables Email routing and reporting for agents.
CCC Chat
Enables Chat routing and reporting for agents.
CTI Link Pro
Enables the TAPI functionality on the Server
5. After altering or adding any license keys, upload the new configuration to the
system and allow the system to reboot.
6. Load the system configuration again and check the
Status
of the License Keys. If
any keys are listed as
Invalid
,
check that the correct key has been entered. Repeat
the previous steps if necessary to correct any errors.
Important: Save a Copy of the Configuration
Once the License Keys have been correctly entered, it is very important
that you save a copy of the configuration. Select
File | Save as
to save a
copy of the configuration onto the PC from which you are programming.
