IP Office Requirements
IP Office Requirements
This section assumes that the installer is familiar with the basic programming of the IP
Office System and the Manager manual is available.
•
IP Office Software must be Level 1.4+.
•
Server License keys are required for the applications (see page 44).
•
If Internet Explorer is on the same PC or server as the delta server software, you
must make sure that where there is an Internet service that there is also an
Internet user. You need to amend the user configuration within the Manager
software.
CCC Licenses
Some applications and devices for IP Office require the entry of license keys before
they will work. They may also require licenses to enable certain features.
For full details refer to the separate IP Office License & Feature Keys manual.
The CCC application is enabled by a license key, which also allows for support of up to
five call agents. Additional license keys may be entered to enable support for additional
call agents.
Each license is a 32-character string based on a number of unique factors:
•
The Serial Number of a Feature Key (a hardware device attached to the parallel
port of a PC running the Feature Key Server software).
•
The features and software being enabled.
