5.6.3. HOLE FOR THE TEMPERATURE PROBE

So that the Drago burner can function properly, it is crucial that the temperature probe, connected to the Drago 
Baby Six, be properly installed inside the oven.

The temperature probe requires a hole with diameter of 8 mm, and it can be installed in two different positions:

• 

in the side wall of the oven, ma ing the hole so that it is positioned at a distance of 

   

 mm above the 

cooking surface (recommended position).

• 

in the oven base, making the hole as much as possible in proximity of the intersection between the cooking 
surface and the side wall of the oven (alternative position).

CAUTION!

Good burner operation depends on the proper positioning of the temperature probe.
