For setting the time display to be seen while playing back MP3
files within a show. With Time Disp= ON the playing time of an
MP3 samples is counted down to zero.
Fast Display
Usually, the SC MASTER 6/16 display shows the device
designation and firmware version number immediately after
switching it on. In total, this takes about 3 seconds. If the SC
MASTER 6/16 is to be ready for operation (e.g. to start a
show) immediately after switching on, this time delay can be
disabled. To display the software version again, "Fast Disp"
must be set to OFF.
IR Receive
Use this menu item to switch off reception of IR remote control
signals. For large-scale installations with a variety of IR con-
trollable SD components it may be useful to enable IR recep-
tion for the "master" unit only (IR Receive =ON), and to disable
IR reception (IR Receive =OFF) for all other "slave" units.
Remote-Out
The Remote connector outputs can be configured to fulfill
various tasks. For this purpose you partly need special cable
adapters which are available as an accessory.
