speaking visitor in a museum, for instance, gets a transponder,
that starts only shows in English.
Before a transponder is able to start a show, its number must
be entered in a file. This transponder file is generated by
means of an SC MASTER 6/16 unig.
•
For this purpose, connect the Transponder Reading Mod-
ule
SCZ-RFID-RCV
to the RS232 OUT connector of the
SC MASTER 6/16.
•
In the menu select "RS232 OUT" as "Driver" transponder.
Switch off the SC MASTER 6/16 and on again for it to
change over to Transponder mode.
•
Insert a CF card into the card slot.
•
Press the ENTER key on the SC MASTER 6/16 and
change over to menu item "Learn transponder" using the
arrow keys. Confirm with ENTER.

Using the arrow keys, select the number of the show the
transponder is to start.
•
Hold the transponder in the reception range of the reading
device (at a distance of approx. 4 cm).
•
Once the transponder has been read, the display will show
"Transponder read Enter for next". Confirm by pressing the
ENTER key and repeat reading for the next transponder.
•
Once all transponders have been registered, press the
ESC key. Confirm question "Make Transponder File" by
pressing the ENTER key.
•
The transponder file will then be created on CF card and
may be edited at a later time using a text editor.
