Î Start up the system
Î Insert the CF card into the SC MASTER 6/16 slot, unless
this has been done beforehand. As a consequence, a
message will appear on the SC MASTER 6/16 display
saying that the card was detected.
Î Starting the show: Start the show by pressing the corre-
sponding number keys on the IR remote control unit. On
the SC MASTER 6/16 display the show title appears; for
audio playback the level display will appear. In addition to
this, the red SHOW LED lights up or flashes when it en-
counters an X time. The connected peripheral devices will
start communicating and executing your program. The
flashing CUE LED indicates that a control signal (DLC or
MateTrac) is being generated. C NET LED provides infor-
mation about communication within the SC network.
The show is running ...!
Î Press key PLAY or a number key to start from an X
time. The display and the flashing SHOW LED will tell you
when the program stops at an X-time.
Î Press key STOP on the IR remote control to stop the
show. The message on the display will be "Show Pause".
Press the STOP key
once again to continue the show.

The volume of the individual stereo channels one to eight
can be adjusted by means of the yellow CARD VOLUME
keys 1/5 to 4/8 on the IR remote control unit. The display
shows which stereo pair is controlled. Choose CARD 1-4 or
CARD 5-8 to select whether the first four or the last four
stereo pairs are to be controlled.
