Asymmetric Trapezoidal Acceleration/Deceleration Drive
AiC-D is available as asymmetric trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration drive which is
different between acceleration speed and deceleration speed.
For moving the object to the vertical direction such as stacking device of semi-conductor
wafer, the gravity acceleration speed is added to the object and acceleration speed and
deceleration speed for up/down movement should be different.
In this case, it operates asymmetric trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration drive.
