Maintenance
The advanced digital circuitry within the Infant Oximeter Module of this
system requires no calibration or periodic maintenance, neither does the
Display Unit.
Field service or repair of this system is not possible. Do not attempt to
open the case. Opening the Infant Oximeter Module and the Display Unit
will damage the device and void the warranty. If the system is not
functioning properly, see
“Troubleshooting” section on page 31 for more
information.
The expected service life of Aulisa GA1001 System is 1.5 year.
Cleaning
Clean surface of the sensor probe before each use. Clean the surface of
the sensor probe with a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol. Lightly
wipe the surface of the sensor probe.
CAUTION!
Do not pour or spray any liquids onto components,
and do not allow any liquids to enter any openings in
the device. Allow the unit to dry thoroughly before
reuse.
CAUTION!
Do not immerse the device in liquid, and do not use
caustic or abrasive cleaning agents on the device.
