If you have more than one COMfortel DECT 650C, a handset can be registered to up to 4 different
base units in order to extend the radio coverage. A base can be used with up to 4 handsets in total.
Obviously the base can be accessed by one handset a time (because a base is connected to one
line).
Deactivating a Handset
If necessary, you can clear the registration of a registered handset in order to stop its access to one
or more base units. Just follow these steps:

SELECT
After the HS PIN, the display asks you to enter
the base PIN code (preset to 0000) which acts
as phone's authentication code (AC). Enter this
code and press the SELECT soft key.
SELECT
Press repeatedly the down or up navigation
key to choose the base number you want. Press
the SELECT soft key in order to search the
base. The display shows Searching.
Keep pressed the Paging key located in the
bottom of the base you want to register.
HS(2) BS(1)
If the registration has performed successfully,
the new handset will show the phone and base
numbers (e.g. HS(2) BS(1)) and returns in
Standby mode. You can now release the Pag-
ing key.

Press the MENU soft key to display the main
menu items.
SELECT
Press repeatedly the navigation keys to
choose 4.Advanced, then press the SELECT
soft key.
SELECT
Press repeatedly the navigation keys to
choose 5.Release HS, then press the SELECT
soft key.

SELECT
Enter the current base PIN and press the
SELECT soft key. The display shows all the
handsets currently registered to the base.

SELECT
Press the numeric key(s) related to the hand-
set(s) number(s) you want to clear the registra-
tion, then press the SELECT soft key.
UNREGISTERED
The display of the handset(s) which you have
cleared the registration show(s) UNREGIS-
TERED and they cannot be used any more with
the base.
