Intercom
If you have more than one COMfortel DECT 650C and you have more handsets connected to the
same base (you can connect up to 4 handsets to the same base and vice versa), you can have a
conversation between two people using two different handsets.

If the called party can answer your call, he/she can press the call key
and start talking. When
the called handset answers, the line icon
and the bar remains steady showing that the two
handsets are connected. You can also see the number of the handset of your called party in your
LCD display.
At the end of the conversation press the end/on/off key
or the left INT navigation key
to return to Standby mode.
During an intercom call, you may receive an external call. In this case the Call Waiting tone will be
heard in both the phones. To answer the call press the call key
.
Call Transfer between Handsets
If you have more than one COMfortel DECT 650C and you have more handsets connected to the
same base (you can connect up to 4 handsets to the same base and vice versa), you can transfer
an outside call between the registered handsets.
Press the left INT navigation key. The display
shows the Line icon blinking
and the mes-
sage Call to.

Press the number of the handset you want to
contact (from 1 to 4). The call is sent automati-
cally and a moving bar is showed.

When you are connected to an external call,
press the left INT navigation key. The incom-
ing call is set on hold and the display shows On
Hold.

Press the number of the handset you want to
contact (from 1 to 4). If the called party can
answer your call, he/she can press the call key
and start talking with you. At this time you
can inform him/her of the incoming call.
When you want to transfer the incoming call,
just press the end/on/off key of your handset.
The call will be transferred.
