10.1 Contact ATX Networks
Please contact ATX Technical Support for assistance with any ATX products. Please contact ATX Customer Service to obtain
a valid RMA number for any ATX products that require service and are in or out-of-warranty before returning a failed module
to the factory.
Please have with you the following information when calling ATX Networks or include this information in an email question.
1. Model
2. Matrix Size
3. Protocol Version
4. Firmware Version
All this information is available at the front panel display when you apply power to the MPC 128.
Cycle the power of the main MPC 128, have a pencil, and paper ready. When the MPC 128 is booting up, this vital information
is briefly listed on the front panel. Write down the Model, Size, protocol version, and firmware version.
