The Deskset is unavailable.
Deregister the Headset at the Deskset.
If the Deskset is unavailable (powered off, out of
range, or no longer in the office) or you do not
know what Deskset it is registered to, you can
deregister the Headset by pressing a special
Headset key sequence:
