Choose the desired function for the Soft key. See table below.
Soft key/Hot key functions:
The name of the selected function is shown. The handset will automatically return
to the soft key.
15.5.9 Edit a Hot key

Mark the

icon and press “Select”.

Mark “Hot key” and press “Select”.

Mark the one you want to edit (0, 1, 2,......9) and press “Change”.

Name:
is marked; press “Edit”.

Enter a name of maximum sixteen characters. Press “Ok”.
Changes saved

and the handset automatically returns to the hot key.

Mark “Function”. Press “Change” to enter functions.

Choose the function you want the Hot key to have. The functions for a Hot key are
the same as for a Soft key, see table under
15.5.8
Edit a Soft key
on page 47.
Note:
This function can be disabled by your system administrator.
15.5.10 Select Language

Mark the
Settings
icon and press “Select”.

Mark “General” and press “Select”.

Mark “Language” and press “Select”.
Data send:
Press “Select”. Enter data if you want it to be predefined, or
leave it out if you want to enter data after pressing the Soft
key, press “Save”.
Data with prefix:
Press “Select”. Enter prefix and press “Save”.
Phone call:
Press “Select”. Enter phone number and press “Save”.
Alternatively, press the Phonebook Soft key and choose a
contact from the Local phonebook and then press “Save”.
Tone sender on will be indicated with a “T” in the number, and
off with “-”. A pause can be added by making a long press on
the *-key. The pause is indicated with a “P” in the number.
Short-cut:
Press “Select”. Assign the short-cut;
Local phonebook, Central
phonebook, Message list, Absent, No-movement, Man-down,
Edit alarm data, Menu, Call list, Services, RSSI, Network
statistics, Call diversions

Change profile:
Press “Select”. Mark the desired profile and press “Select”.

c.Requires a Multi Point Control Unit (MCU) and that groups have been created in the system.
If needed a specific PTT group can be assigned. Press “Select”.
