Call Diversion

Either can a Soft key or Hot key be preprogrammed with a short-cut to the
“Call diversion” function, or a profile be defined and used for the purpose. Refer to
15.5.8
Edit a Soft key
on page 47,

Set the
Profile to Divert incoming Calls
on page 52.
All calls, calls when busy or calls at no answer can be diverted to other phone numbers.
10.1 Preset the Telephone Numbers

Press the preprogrammed Soft/Hot key and press “Set”.
Divert to number:..
is
displayed.

Enter the phone number you want to divert the calls to and press “Save”.

Mark the next diversion alternative. Press “Set” and repeat point 2.
10.2 Divert Calls
From the default profile

Press the preprogrammed Soft/Hot key or select the predefined profile in the
Profiles list.

Choose
All calls, On busy
, or
No answer
and press “Change”. If the phone number
has been preset the handset will return to stand-by mode, else continue with the
next step.

is displayed. Enter the phone number you want to divert the
calls to and press “Save”.
