Presence Management
Note:
The presence option is only available when the handset has logged into and
received an activity list from a Presence Management system, and received time and date
from an NTP server.
The activity list and the names of the activities depends on the configuration in the
Presence Management system.
The function “Presence” is added to Settings when the above criteria are fulfilled, but it
can also be assigned to a Soft key/Hot key or a Service. Refer to
15.5.8

Press the “Menu” Soft key, mark the
Settings
icon and select “Presence”, or press
the preprogrammed Soft/Hot key or select the Service.

Mark the cause for not being present in the
Presence
list by using the Navigation
key and press “Select”.

Enter the time or the date the selected activity will end.
