Ham & Swiss Frittata

deli ham, chopped
medium onion, chopped
swiss cheese, shredded
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of garlic powder
yellow onion, diced small
garlic clove, minced
olive oil
Arborio rice, uncooked
vermouth
chicken broth
heavy-whipping cream
butter
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in
a large bowl, mixing well. Pour the mixed
ingredients into the inner pot; top with an
even layer of cheese. Close the lid and press
Steam
. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes. When eggs
are set, slide frittata onto a serving plate. Cut
into wedges to serve.

Add onion, garlic and olive oil to inner pot.

button.
The sauté indicator light will illuminate. Add
rice and mix with a long handled spoon until
well coated. Add vermouth and stir until
liquid has been absorbed. Stir in the chicken
broth and heavy cream; mix well and close
the lid securely.

Technology then will automatically adjust to
simmer to cook rice. Once the rice cooker
automatically turns to
Keep Warm
open the lid
and stir in butter and Parmesan cheese.
