Install/Remove Maxi Sky 2 Transportable 13
How to remove the Maxi Sky2 Transportable from the Receiving Module
1) Ensure the unit is not charging anymore:
a. If you are using a Maxi Sky 2 ECS
Transportable, unplug the ECS cable from
the unit; (Fig. 28)
b. If you are using a
Maxi Sky 2 C-Stat
Transportable, move it away from the
charging station. (Fig. 29)
2) Open the door of the receiving module to
lock the receiving module in place in order to
safely remove the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable;
(Fig. 30)
3) With your finger, push the slider up, while
slowly rolling the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable
outside of the receiving module, one set of
wheels at a time; (Fig. 31)
4) Place the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable on a cart
or workplace that will allow you to bring the
unit in another room; (Fig. 32-Fig. 33-Fig. 34)
5) OPTIONAL: If the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable
is to be stored temporarily, charge it using
the charger. To enable the charge, push in
the Emergency Stop. (page 10, step # 5)
REMINDER:
If the unit is to be placed into another receiving
module for use in another room, follow installing
steps on page 8.
WARNING: When the wheels are no longer
inside the receiving module, the weight of the
ceiling lift is suddenly released and may
prompt user to drop unit.
CAUTION: To prevent possible damage to
product, do not open door under clip on
accessories such as charging/detection station.
CAUTION: After the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable was removed, close the door of the receiving module.
The door must be closed to ensure its functionality is maintained.
WARNING: To avoid bodily injuries, do not
open door when receiving module is inside
an accessory such as a turn-table, an
exchanger or a gate.
