4) Push the door until it clips in place, which
indicates the door is properly closed. Only
then, the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable is locked
inside the receiving module; (Fig. 17)
5) Turn the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable ON by
gently pushing in the emergency stop and
look for the green light LED indicator to light
up; (Fig. 18)
6) Once the Maxi Sky 2 Transportable is
secured inside the receiving module, the
batteries have to be charged. To enable the
charging function:
a. If a C-Stat
Maxi Sky 2 Transportable has
been inserted into the receiving module,
place the ceiling lift under the charging
station located on the side of the Kwiktrak, so
the contact blades of the C-Stat interface are
in contact with the charging station. (Fig. 19)
b. If an ECS
Maxi Sky 2 Transportable is
installed into the receiving module, plug de
ECS cable of the module into the ECS
interface located on top of the Maxi Sky 2
Transportable. The green light located on the
ECS interface of the Maxi Sky 2
Transportable indicates that the ceiling lift
has access to power coming from the
Kwiktrak. (Fig. 20)
REMINDER:
Make sure the ECS Maxi Sky 2 Transportable
LED light is green (Fig. 21) and the display
shows the charging state of the batteries. For
the C-Stat Maxi Sky 2 Transportable, make sure
the display shows the charging state of the
batteries. (Fig. 22)
Installing/Removing Maxi Sky 2 Transportable
CAUTION: To ensure proper functionning, Maxi
Sky
2 Transportable has to be properly charged
once installed into the receiving module.
