Suction pressure sensor fail –
Compressor suction pressure sensor failure;
•
Suction temperature sensor fail – Compressor suction temperature sensor failure;
•
Ventilation – Ventilation fail for more than 15 seconds;
•
Compressor power fail – Compressor power supply failure;
•
AC power fail – Main power supply failure. For safety reasons this alarm is verified
even if “CHAMBER OFF”;
•
Heater fail – Thermal circuit breaker failure for more than 2 minutes;
•
Ambient temperature sensor fail – Ambient Temperature sensor failure;
•
Low gas – Compressor discharge pressure below 2 bar for more than 10 minutes.
This alarm requires the equipment to be turned OFF and then ON again. For safety
reasons this alarm is verified even if “CHAMBER OFF”.
•
Ambient temperature – Ambient temperature above factory default setting
(typically 37ºC). The alarm stops when the temperature drops 1°C compared to the
factory set value;
•
High pressure – Discharge pressure above factory default setting (typically 23 Bar
for R404 and 16 Bar for R134). The alarm stops when the pressure drops 5 Bar
below the factory set value;
•
Low pressure – Suction pressure below factory default setting (typically 0,2 Bar) for
more than 10 seconds. The alarm stops when the pressure rises 0.5 Bar above the
factory set value;
•
Tank water level – Lack of water in the auxiliary water supply system for more than
60 seconds.
•
UCR communication fail – Failure in communications between electronic
controller board and refrigeration unit.
•
Alert E1: Ctrl Error – Refrigeration unit alert.
•
Alert E20: Pc Sens Err – Refrigeration unit alert.
•
Alert E39: Ps Sens Err – Refrigeration unit alert.
•
Alert E31: TAmb Sens Err – Refrigeration unit alert.
