Section 1 General Information
1.1 Warranty
ARALAB – Equipamentos de Laboratório e Electromecânica Geral, Lda. ensures that the
equipment does not present any defects in workmanship or materials, at exit date from our
factory. We compromise to replace or repair the equipment, in case of manufacturing defect
or any defective parts during the period of two years from the date of delivery.
Your liability under this warranty is limited to the repair of the damage equipment, or
replacement of any defective part, including if necessary, transportation to our factory or
authorized service center. Losses resulting from the immobilization of the equipment, during
the time necessary to complete the repair, are excluded.
This warranty is void under the following conditions:
a) Repairs motivated by circumstances beyond the normal operation of equipment, such
as floating and/or failures of electrical installations, energy discharges, disasters,
fires, water spills or falls;
b) Repairs motivated by carelessness or negligence in the use of the equipment, such as,
the introduction of materials that release corrosive products, flammable or explosive;
c) Services resulting from repairs or interventions, by persons outside ARALAB, as
well as the use of consumables, accessories or parts that are not installed / provided
by ARALAB;
d) Lack of maintenance of the equipment..
