Recommendation for using your Aquatec reverse osmosis system.
Daily use is preferable to a one-time weekly use.
The system produces water with a neutral taste and very good quality.
Important: The drinking water must be bottled from the test outlet of the system during operation,
ideally after filling the on-board water tank. Only fill the required amount until the next operation of the
plant. Clean the drinking water bottle regularly.
If the product water from the on-board water tank is used as drinking water, follow-up-treatment is
recommended. No further treatment is usually necessary as service water.

Connection cable, through-hull fittings and sea cock must be provided on-board.
- High pressure pump with electric motor 115/ 230/ 400/ 440V 50/ 60 Hz.
- Pump head duplex- stainless steel 1.4462
- Feed pump: voltage and frequency like HP pump
- GFK membrane housing and membrane element.
- 1 filter housing with holder incl. 1 piece carbon filter for fresh water rinsing.
- 2 filter housings with holder, incl. 1 piece 5 and 20 micron filter, pre-pressure gauge.
- 2 pcs. ball valves 2 way. (No. 1 and 3 in the flow chart).
- 1 piece ball valve 3 ways. (No. 4 in the flow chart).
- Control panel cpl. mounted, with three-way valve ¼" (No. 2 in flow chart).
- Stainless steel high pressure gauge, duplex stainless steel pressure regulating valve.
- Variable area flow meter, switch feed pump and high pressure pump.
- 4 m high pressure hose with 2 pieces of mounted connection fittings.
- 2 pieces stainless steel high pressure fittings for self-assembly.
- 3 m 16 or 19 mm PVC hose for inlet water.
- 5 m 13 mm PVC hose for rinse and drain water.
- All necessary plastic fittings and stainless steel hose clamps.
- 6 m PE pipe 3/8" for fresh water with connection fittings.
- 10 liter tank for preservation and cleaning.
- Biocide (300 gr.) for preservation of the membrane.
- AC equipment: IP 54 connection box including 2 motor protection switches.
- Coarse filter for sea water inlet.
