走行前にヘルメットをしっかりと着用し
てください。 ヘルメットが承認された
型であり、適切なサイズで損傷がなく、
バイザーに汚れのないことを確認してく
ださい。
身体を保護する適切な服を着てくださ
い。できれば明るい色の反射素材を使用
した服を着用してください。 そうする
ことで他のドライバーから見えやすくな
るため、衝突の危険が低下し、転倒時に
も体が保護されます。
必ず袖や裾の締まったぴったりフィット
する服装をしてください。 紐やベル
ト、ネクタイなどを掛けないでくださ
い。 これらの物が車両の一部や特殊な
動きによって絡まって、安全運転に支障
をきたすことのないようにしてくださ
い。
ポケットには、キーやペンなどの先の尖
った物、ガラス瓶など、転倒の際に危険
となるようなものを入れないでくださ
い （パッセンジャーも同じ）。
Before riding off, remember to put
on the helmet and fasten it cor‐
rectly. Make sure it is a homologa‐
ted model, that it is undamaged, of
the right size and that the visor is
clean.
Wear appropriate protective clothes,
preferably light-coloured and/or in
reflective material. In this way you
will be easily visible to other
drivers, thus reducing the risk of
being hit, and you will be better
protected in case of falling.
Always wear tight-fitting clothes
without open cuffs; avoid hanging
strings, belts or ties; these or any
other objects should not interfere
with a safe riding when getting en‐
tangled with the riding elements or
due to a special movement.
Never carry in your pockets objects
that can be potentially dangerous in
case of fall, like: pointed objects
such as keys, pens, glass contain‐
ers, etc. (the same rule applies to
passengers).
