TECHNICAL FEATURES
Modulating air heaters series RAPID have been designed to
serve as heating units in industrial and commercial environments.
The control devices installed inside the control board allow to
fully manage the heater.
Pre-mix technology allows obtaining high efficiency levels and
keep NOx emissions low.
The heater works as a standalone unit. In order to start it up,
just connect it to power and gas supply.
The unit's heat output ranges from 15.3 to 53.4 kW.
The heat exchanger complies with production requirements for
gas equipment set by EN1020 regulations.
The combustion chamber is entirely built in AISI 430 stainless
steel while tube bundles are made of AISI 441, in order to assure
high resistance to corrosion of wet flue.
The leading-edge design and the wide surface of the furnace
and tube bundle guarantee optimum efficiency and durability.
The burner is entirely built with stainless steel, and it takes
advantage of special mechanical solutions to guarantee optimal
reliability and performance rates, as well as high thermal and
mechanical resistance.
The security level of the equipment is IP X0D [IP20] according
to EN 60529.
RAPID heaters work in ON/OFF mode, i.e. thermal output, and
therefore thermal input and fuel consumption, remain steady
and are based on heat request.
When the heater is turned on, the burner starts working at
maximum capacity.
Low Pollution
Pre-mix burners equipped with an air/gas valve allow "clean"
combustion with very low polluting emissions.
