WARM AIR HEATER SERIES RAPID
5.6
Gas Supply System
For this system, use CE-approved and certified components only.
RAPID heaters are supplied with
a double gas valve
and a gas filter and stabilizer already installed.
All components are assembled into the burner compartment.
To complete installation in compliance with the law, the installer
shall install the following components:
- Vibration damping joint
- Gas cock
We recommend installing a gas filter with a high flow rate and
no pressure stabilizer. In fact, the standard filter installed before
the gas valve has a limited surface.
Do not use threaded joints directly on gas fitting. A vibration
damping joint with seat lift on heater side is to be preferred, in
order to ease maintenance.
The law allows a maximum pressure of 40 mbar inside the
building or thermal plant. Higher pressure values shall be reduced
before the room where the heater is installed.

Connecting Multiple Heaters to One Remote Control
If you need to connect multiple RAPID heaters to just one
thermostat, chronothermostat or timer, make sure the following
conditions are met:
- Each unit must have its own unpowered contact wired to
terminals No. 34 and 35 of the board.
-The load capacity of this contact must be 4A at 250V
- Do not wire in parallel multiple units to just one contact
- Let I/0/II switch on the unit turned on "I=WINTER".
