AIN SAFETY MEASURES
The machine must be transported following the
safety standards listed below:
Protect sharp edges and protruding parts;
Disconnect all electric and pneumatic
power supplies;
Ensure the machines are stable;
Do not push or drag components to move
them;
All protections, guards and doors must be
properly closed and fixed;
Protect the Machine from all possible
impacts and stresses with regard to
transport;
The machine is normally delivered packed
in cardboard;
The machine is packed in wooden crate if
transported via sea.

NSTALLATION
The Machine can be installed by the manufacturer
authorised technicians or by the customer directly,
ensuring to follow the instructions below:
Find the suitable position;
Remove packaging;
Pay the utmost attention to avoid impacts
and damages.

RELIMINARY CHECKS

DJUSTMENTS AND
VERIFICATIONS
Preparation for Machine commissioning does not
require particular knowledge apart from those
obtainable from consulting this manual.
Carry out some verifications and checks before
starting the Machine, to prevent errors or
accidents.
The machine has been mechanically tested and
pre-set by the manufacturer;
it is not necessary to
make any adjustment.
Checks to be verified:
Verify the Machine has not been damaged
during assembly;
Carefully check the control panel is intact;
Check all mobile parts freely move, the
oscillating pusher in particular.
Check switches are positioned at 0 before
connecting the mains cable see
paragraph 4.4.2

Connect utilities as follows.

LECTRICAL CONNECTION
Comply with the following, to avoid any problem
upon Machine start-up.
The
Customer is responsible
for the Machine's
electrical connection, to be carried out by Qualified
Technical Personnel.
Connect the Machine following the wiring diagram
and components' features given below:
Ensure electrical power supply has the same
features of those on the Technical Data
plate (see
paragraph 2.1 “Identification
data of the machine's manufacturer“
)
