AFETY DEVICES
E
MERGENCY STOPS
The ironing board is set-up with all necessary
safety devices.
The following protective devices are installed:
main switches
(placing the different
utilities out of service) able to disconnect
voltage to the single utilities SEE

Steam maximum pressure valve
(ONLY
FOR MACHINES EQUIPPED WITH
BOILER) the safety valve works when 3.5
bar exceeded inside the boiler
Pump switch-off timer
the level control
unit is fitted with safety timer that switches
load pump off in case of no water. The
heating element's operation light flashes
and the control unit sounds.
N.B. more or less buttons may be present
depending on model

AFETY CASINGS
The machine has 4 safety casings fitted onto the
frame, so that the dangerous parts are not
directly accessible, avoiding contact with them.
It is strictly forbidden to remove the
Safety Devices and protective casings.
Their removal is only possible with the use of
tools.

ESIDUAL RISKS
The risk of falling objects is limited to work tools
during routine maintenance operations.
Before intervening for maintenance, it
is compulsory to wear accident-
prevention
shoes,
helmet
and
protective gloves.
4.5.1.
R
ISK OF CRUSHING OR BURN
The user not in charge of machine running, nearing
the powered mannequin during operation, is
subjected to risk of burn due to the presence of
steam.
The work area around the machine
must be kept clean. Remove any fallen
object from the machine.
It is strictly forbidden to near or rest
on the machine during operation,
without having firstly pressed the
switch-off button.
