Proceed as follows.
1 - Press key

to activate the temperature hold-
ing (melting) function.
The light
(Q)
comes on.
2 - Press key
(E)
to deactivate the temperature
holding (melting) function.
The light
(Q)
goes out.
Important
The temperature holding function is always
activated whenever a heating operation is
started with the real temperature in the well
below 90°C.
ACTIVATES/DEACTIVATES THE TEMPERATURE HOLDING (MELTING) FUNCTION
Lighting
1 - Operate the appliance’s master switch to con-
nect it to the electrical mains.
The mains light
(P)
comes on.
2 - Press key
(B)
to set the appliance in “stand-by”
mode.
The mains power on light
(P)
goes out and the
display
(A)
shows the screen shown here.
3 - Press the key
(B)
to switch on the appliance
and start the cooking cycle.
The cooking temperature set will appear in red
on the display
(A)
.
Turning off
1 - Keep the key
(B)
pressed for about 6 seconds
to stop the cooking cycle and switch the appli-
ance off.
The mains light
(P)
comes on.
2 - Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance’s master switch.
