This procedure is used to set a temperature thresh-
old at which a buzzer is triggered.
Proceed as follows.
1 - Press the key
(C)
to start the oil heating phase
and the display
(A)
will show the cooking tem-
perature.
2 - Press the keys
(F-G)
to increase or decrease
the values shown on the display (30÷190°C).
3 - Wait about 4 seconds for the new value set to
be saved.
4 - Press the keys
(F-G)
together and the display
(A)
will show the oil temperature in the cooking
well.
Important
During the cooking cycle the value shown on
the display (A) fl ashes if the temperature of
the oil in the well is less than that set, or re-
mains constantly on if the temperature is at
or above the set level.

Manual cooking
Proceed as follows.
1 - Press the key
(D)

The last value set appears on the display
(A)
.
2 - Press the keys
(F-G)
to increase or decrease
the values shown on the display. The cooking
time increases or decreases by 30 seconds
each time one of the keys
(F-G)
is pressed.
3 - Press the key
(D)
again to start the cooking cy-
cle.
If the
(D)
key is pressed after the cooking cycle
is started, the display shows the cooking time
set for 4 seconds.
