Your alarm center monitors all frequencies relevant to your alarm center and
triggers an alarm if these frequencies are disturbed for 2 x 30 seconds.
Before an alarm is triggered, your alarm center checks whether all monitored
frequencies are disturbed at the same time, so that the best possible way to
prevent false alarms.
Depending on the location and use of other radios, it may happen that individual
radio links in your rooms are temporarily disturbed. You have already noticed
this yourself, if e.g. There is no good cell phone reception or good wireless
connection.
Entering data and privacy
Please enter a name for your head office and your e-mail address. This data is
only used for the following measures:
1. Identification of the tablet by the police after a burglary or theft (important for
securing evidence)
2. Information about software updates to keep your alarm system up to date
3. Reference to newly available accessories for your alarm system
4. Updating the data of your specialist dealer, so that you always have a direct
contact person
5. Activation of your free online server account for remote control via app and
Internet and for data backup of your head office
There is no transfer of your data to third parties. The information is voluntary, the
alarm center works even without entering the data, but then eliminates the listed
measures.
Your e-mail address is the access code for the remote control and remote
programming of your control panel via PC, tablet PC or smartphone. When
activating your server account for remote access, the e-mail address entered
here will be requested.
Entering an email address is only required if you want to access your control
panel remotely. Your Master PIN requires the main PIN code to access the
