Disarm remotely via SMS
You are on the way and would like to remotely switch the control panel off via SMS.
If you want to disarm the control panel without an app via SMS, please use a mobile /
smartphone whose telephone number is stored in the control center under SMS
numbers.
The central checks the incoming SMS for authorization, only stored telephone
numbers can control the control center via SMS. To switch, send the SMS with your
PIN code, which you use in the control panel and the word out of focus to the
telephone number of the SIM card of your alarm center. The phone number of the SIM
card for your headquarters can be found in the delivery documents.
EXAMPLE:
PIN code in the control center is 12345, then the SMS is: 12345unscharf
Disarm remotely via telephone call
If you want to disarm the headset without an app by means of a call, then please use a
mobile / smartphone or landline telephone whose phone number is stored in the
control center under phone numbers.
The central checks incoming calls for authorization. Only stored telephone numbers
can control the central office by means of a call. To disarm switching, call the
telephone number of the SIM card of your alarm center and let it ring for about 5
seconds (2-3 rings). Then hang up. Then call the control panel again within 1 minute of
the first call, sound it 2-3 times, then hang up.
Now the control panel is disarmed. Telephone costs did not arise. You can see the
respective switching status of the control panel in the App Bluetosec Controller or the
online portal.
