J43 CMOS RAM Drain
J43 is a three-pin single-inline berg. Pins 1-2 are shorted in normal operation. Short pins 2-3 to drain the CMOS RAM.

Caution
Make sure that power is turned off before draining
CMOS RAM power. After draining CMOS RAM,
make sure that pins 1-2 are shorted before turning
power on again.
If you forget the system password in most computers, you must remove the battery for at least 20 minutes to erase CMOS RAM.
J43 provides a quicker method. By shorting pins 2-3 of J43, you can quickly drain power from CMOS RAM. After clearing CMOS RAM,
remember to short pins 1-2 of J43 before continuing.
Then you must run WINBIOS Setup to reconfigure the computer.
J5 Green PC Power
J5 is a two-pin berg that attaches to the Green PC power switch. This switch can be used to turn power off during Green PC mode. Pin 1
denotes the positive connector.
