Connecting an External Relay with Line Power
The GPS360 can be used with an external relay in place of the internal one. If you are going to use an
external relay, the GPS360
must
be connected to line power, such as to the rectifier.
1.
Connect the power cable to the interrupter. Line up the notch on the power cable to the
connection on the interrupter. Twist ring on cable to lock the cable into the connection.

Connect the external relay control or coil to the power cable

proper polarity, especially if a flyback diode is present on a mercury relay coil.

Connect the AC/DC Power Input cable to the power cable's
