To check the sintering compartment's tightness
against leakage:

With the gas flow on, completely seal off the
protective-gas outlet (rear hole)

with your finger.

The ball in the manometer sink to zero (gas flow
stopped).
If this is not the case:
▷
Check the elbow at the Argovent hose end again
for tight seating.

Checking the furnace function for the
compressed-air cooling
The furnace is factory-pre-set when shipped.
When the air flow is active, a pressure of 1 bar is
automatically given.
The air flow must be checked prior to the first pro-
gram run.

Access the configuration level with the
key.
▷
Press the
key.
▷
Press the
key.
▷
Press the
key.
Air flows into the sintering compartment.
▷
Upon completion of the test, press the
key to
end the function.
NOTE:
Should the pressure at the cylinder's pressure
reducer deviate from 1 bar during the program
run in daily operation:
▷
Immediately set the pressure to 1 bar.
