The correct quantity of protective gas must be
ensured prior to the first program run. It is manu-
ally set and checked with the
F1 and F2 functions.
▷
Open the valve of the gas cylinder.
▷
Access the configuration level with the key.
▷
Press the key.
▷
Press the and/or key.
▷
Press the key.
The function starts.
▷
Upon completion of the test, press the key to
end the function.
The manometer reading of the pressure reducer
for the gas cylinder must be 1 bar.
In case the value deviates:
▷
Make sure that the right-hand valve on the pres-
sure reducer is completely opened.
▷
Readjust to exactly 1 bar by turning the black
regulating knob of the pressure reducer.

After the adjustment, the furnace manometer
reading at

must indicate a flow value of 0.2
bar and at

a flow value of 0.9 bar.
