Check the piston for wear in
the pressure area and the
area

of

the

oil

sleeves.

Check

the

ceramic

for

cracks.

Remove

any

coating.

Before mounting the new sleeves, it will be a good idea to
moisten the sleeves with soapy water. Mount new oil sleeves
with punch P/N 1220429. Carefully knock or press them
home.

Carefully tip out the oil sleeves
with an adequate screwdriver
and discard them. Be careful not
to scratch the surface.
