Is the oven plugged-in with the proper voltage
and phase supplied?
No
Correct the wiring to the oven. If the wiring
issues are external to the oven, contact a
licensed electrician to correct any power
issues.

Is the oven ON and in a call for heat.
No
Turn the oven into a call for heat. The set
point temperature for the chamber needs to
be higher than the actual temperature of the
chamber.
Yes
Are all of the circuit breakers closed?
No
Inspect all of the wiring and components
connected to the circuit breakers. Repair or
replace any issues or failed components and
retest.
Yes
Are the high limits closed?
No
Reset the high limit by depressing the red
button until you hear or feel it click closed.
Fully inspect the oven heating system and
interior for any issues that may have caused
the oven’s overload to open.

Is there line voltage to the power selection
transformer?
No
Inspect the wiring and correct any issues with
open, loose, or damaged connections.
Yes
Is there 12VAC out of the power selection
transformer?
No
If there is proper voltage 208V/240V to the
transformer and volts out of the secondary
side, then replace the transformer.

Is there 12VAC between the control board
terminals J30 and J33?
No
Check the length of wiring between the
voltage selection transformer and the control
board for open or broken connections.
Yes
Does the control board have 12VDC supplied to it
at P6?
No
Inspect the wiring from the control board to
the power supply and determine the cause of
the lost voltage. Inspect the wiring and
connections.
