DESCRIPTION
Status, analog and digital data are available in MODBUS registers. Access to SCADA integration is provided
over Ethernet interface. Up to 8 simultaneous connections are allowed at a maximum rate of 60 accesses
per second.

REGISTER TYPES
Each register reports 16-bit data. Registers are divided into 3 groups:

Bit 6: Disturbance recording low memory

Bit 8: Sequence-of-events recording low memory
Bit 9: Internal failure
