NOTE
Menu entry is only displayed if customer service access is
activated.
Events that occur during operation of the heat pump and the
heating and heating and heat pump controller (e.g. change of sys-
tem settings) are logged in the EventLog.
The menu is not shown in full here.
NOTE
If 2 heat pumps are connected, note the number displayed in
the top menu row. It provides information about which heat
pump is currently addressed.
In order to change the addressed heat pump: page 11,
“Changing the addressed heat pump in submenus“
If an entry is clicked, detailed information about this event is dis-
played.
The event list displayed on the screen contains a maximum of 20
entries. The last event that occurred is at the top of the list. If there
are more than 20 entries, the oldest (= last) entry is dropped from
the list. However, it is not overwritten, but remains stored in the
database file behind it. This file can be read out via the “data log-
ger”.

Errors that occur during operation of the heat pump are stored in
a list in the InfoLog. Each error is timestamped.
The error list contains a maximum of 100 entries. The last error
that occurred is at the top of the list. If there are more than 100
entries, the oldest (= last) entry in the list is overwritten.
