WASH, RINSE STATUS lights flash 3 or 4 times (Suds Lock or Slow Drain), or remain on continuously (Drain Error)

Is drain hose kinked?

Are there excessive

suds or detergent in

the machine?

Straighten hose.

Is drain hose out of

hose retainer clip in

base of cabinet?

Use low-sudsing, high

efficiency (HE)

detergent.

voltage (refer to

serial plate) present

at pump?

Remove washer front

panel and install

drain hose into base

retainer block on

base.

to drive board

broken, loose or

incorrect?

Replace pump.

Is there proper

at drive board?

Correct wiring. Refer

to appropriate wiring

diagram.
