4 Operating Instructions

4.1 Operating routine

Motor current indicates when the separator
has come to full speed.

During start the current reaches a peak and
then slowly drops to a low and stable value.
For normal length of the start-up period see

‘‘8.2 Technical data” on page 121

WARNING

Disintegration hazards

When excessive vibration occurs,

keep

liquid feed on

and

stop

separator.

The cause of the vibrations must be
identified and corrected before the separator
is restarted.

Excessive vibrations may be due to incorrect
assembly or poor cleaning of the bowl.
