Turkish Bath function
Congratulations on your choice –
fi
nally, a real,
programmable Turkish bath in your own home!
Before starting...
When using the Turkish bath function for the
fi
rst few times, please remember that it is neces-
sary to acclimatize the body to sharp changes
in temperature and humidity. To do this, start
with short Turkish bath sessions and gradually
increase the times.
The temperature, too, should be increased only
gradually, as you become accustomed to the
humid heat of the Turkish bath alternated with
the cold water in the shower.
For the
fi
rst few Turkish baths, it is advisable to
limit the time to 10-15 minutes and the tempe-
rature to 40-45°. As you become accustomed
to these settings, slowly increase the duration
of the session to 20-25 minutes.
It is a good idea to take a full-body shower at the
end of the session in order obtain the maximum
bene
fi
cial effect.
After taking a Turkish bath, it is advisable to relax
for a few minutes at room temperature.
And, having perspired heavily and therefore lost
mineral salts, it is very important to drink water,
infusions or fresh vegetable or fruit juice, which
are all rich in mineral salts and vitamins
Using the Turkish Bath
The Turkish bath function is factory-set to a
duration of 20 minutes and to the maximum

you prefer, then simply press the corresponding
