Trouble Possible Cause Corrective Action
1. Green LED not flash-
ing.
• Trouble with DC power
supply (batteries).
• Unit not turned on.
• Unit powered down to
save batteries.
• Recharge or replace
batteries
• Depress Power Button to
turn on unit.
• Depress Power Button to
turn on unit.
• Replace batteries.
• Replace Control Module.
2. Yellow LED not blink-
ing.
• Control Module is not yet
activated by PC program.
• Start user-supplied
software in order to
activate the Control
Module.
• There is an image present
in memory (yellow LED lit).
• Start user-supplied
software to process the
image.
3 . Yellow LED remains
blinking yellow after
X-ray exposure. No
image is transmitted.
• Image not stored in
memory.
• Check the Sensor
connections to the
Control Module.
• Check the sensor con-
nections for possible
damage.
• Replace the Sensor.
• Use longer exposure.
4. Blue LED not on or
blinking
• Bluetooth communication
problem.
• Make sure computer is
on and operational.
• Check the bluetooth USB
adapter connection for
possible damage.
• Make sure operating
within 30-foot range.
• Replace the bluetooth
USB adapter.
