Moving from Computer to Computer
When sharing a Bluetooth Control Module among multiple computers,
first break the wireless link to the first computer and then establish a new
wireless link to the second computer.
Note: The Initial Setup procedure described above must be completed
on each of the computers prior to use.
1. Break the wireless link to the first computer by Simply pressing the
C Cllo osse e button the A Acccce en ntt:: T TW WA AIIN N D Da atta a sso ou urrcce e window. Wait for
the window to close.
2. Take the Bluetooth Control Module to within range of the second
computer.
3. Start your imaging application or the TWAIN Test program.
4. Open the TWAIN data
source to acquire an image.
In the TWAIN Test program,
click on the
A Accq qu uiirre e… … file
menu option. Observe that
the A

sso ou urrcce e window opens.
5. Press the U US SB B S Syysstte em m button.
This will stop any communica-
tion in progress and reset the
software to its default state.
6. Press the W Wiirre elle essss ssyysstte em m
button. The Accent TWAIN
interface then starts search-
ing for a new Bluetooth
control module. While it
searches, the bar under the
W Wiirre elle essss ssyysstte em m button shows
the search progress in yellow.
If the second computer has
been Setup with this Bluetooth
Control Module, it should
only take a few seconds to
reestablish the link.
7. When the link has been reestablished, the progress bar should show
the state of the Bluetooth Control Module batteries and the sensor
should be armed.
