Warranty terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions comprising the prerequisites and scope
of our warranties leave our statutory and contractual warranties unaffected.
We furnish guaranty for the appliances in accordance with the following
terms and conditions:
1. As provided in the following terms and conditions (figures 2. to 5.) we
remove free of change faults or defects at the appliance that demonstrably
are caused by faulty craftsmanship, if they are reported immediately after
their detection and within 24 months after delivery to the end user.
The guaranty does not cover any batteries and other parts belonging to
consumables, easily breakable parts such as glass or plastic, as well as
defects occurring because of normal usage. An obligation under guaranty
shall not be triggered my minor tolerance from the nominal condition that are
irrelevant to the value and the performance capability of the device, by
defects caused by chemical and electrochemical influence, by water as well
as generally abnormal conditions.
2. The guaranty obligation is fulfilled such that defective parts – at our
option – will be repaired free of charge or will be replaced by perfect parts.
Repair work at the place of installation cannot be demanded. Appliances
which a guaranty obligation is requested for under reference to this warranty
are to be sent delivered free of charge o M/s. Aiptek International GmbH,
Halskestrasse 6, 47877 Willich, Germany, packed in a damage-proof
manner. To be attached is the purchase receipt indicating the purchase
and/or delivery date as well as a detailed description of the problem. The
ownership of replaced and/or exchanged parts passes to our company. The
repaired product will be returned delivered free.
