Where can I obtain a new version of the Camera Manager?
The newest version of the Camera Manager can be downloaded from
the following Internet link:

Will the pictures and videos be saved while changing the batteries?
Pictures will be saved when changing the batteries but videos won’t.
Therefore it is suggested to transfer all videos to the PC before
removing the batteries. You can also connect the camera to the USB
cable and then remove the batteries without losing any data.

Which type of batteries should be used in the camera?
It is recommended that you only use ALCALINE batteries.

How long will sets of batteries last?
A set of batteries should last for approx. 160 pictures or 10 days while
in the standby mode.

Can the camera be operated with rechargeable batteries?
It is possible to use rechargeable batteries. Do to the low voltage
processed by rechargeable batteries; using them could cause the
normal operating time to be reduced. It is therefore recommended to
test the life of your rechargeable batteries under normal operating
conditions. It is also recommended that you use Nickel Cadmium
batteries.

What is the purpose of the enhanced function?
With this feature you can enhance your pictures to 2.1 Mega Pixels through
interpolation. Please note that the sharpness and contrast of your pictures
will not be affected.

During the installation, I receive the message “did not pass the
Windows Logo test…”
When installing the Mega Cam Manager and drivers under Windows
XP, you will probably receive a message that this Software did not
pass the Windows Logo Test. This message can be ignored and you
may continue with the installation by pressing ”Continue Anyway”.
This message appears due to the fact that the software has not been
digitally singed or registered by Microsoft.

Downloading pictures and videos function properly but using the
camera in the Live Mode is not possible.
There could be more than one reason for this problem:
If the camera is being operated parallel top another Video Capture
Device, it may have trouble loading the proper drivers automatically.
In this case, activate the Live Mode and press the “Video Source”.
Choose your camera from the list provided.
This problem could occur if the drivers were not properly installed. The
driver includes three components that windows will automatically
install and integrate into your system one after another. If one or more
components were improperly installed, some features may not
available or operate correctly.

What is the meaning of interpolation?
When enlarging the resolution, additional horizontal and vertical pixels
must be added to the picture. To insure that the sharpness and contrast
are not affected, the color of every additional pixel must be integrated
into the picture. The system uses different mathematical algorythems.
This process is called Interpolation.
