CAUTION
Heavy unit components.
Hands can be jammed.
▪ When unpacking, take care with fingers and hands.
▪ Wear protective gloves.
NOTICE
Material and property damage due to missing components of the unit.
▪ Check for loose components in the packaging.
▪ Do not dispose of loose components. If it cannot be determined where the loose components
belong, check with the maintenance service (see →Maintenance services).
7 Setup and installation
Proper setup and installation of the unit is carried out by the operator.
For technical data for interfaces see →Technical data
Technical modifications to the unit only in coordination and after release of the manufacturer.
The temperature display, safety instructions and serial plate (see →Serial plate and serial number)
must always be kept clear.
WARNING
Danger of tilting of the unit.
Persons can be jammed.
▪ Remove the transport frame only when the stable, final installation position has been reached.
If you have questions, contact the maintenance service (see →Maintenance services Mainte-
nance services).
▪ Do not climb onto or into the unit.
WARNING
Damage to the refrigerant circuit.
Flammable refrigerant can escape and create an explosive gas/air mixture. Risk of fire.
▪ Do not close the ventilation openings in the device housing. SIf accessory parts are to be in-
stalled, care must be taken to ensure that ventilation openings are not closed.
▪ The unit must only be installed in well-ventilated areas.
▪ Do not install the unit in basements or lowered areas.
▪ Ducts and wall penetrations must be sealed close to the unit in accordance with fire protection
laws.
▪ Drilling or other work on the unit is not permitted.
▪ Do not squeeze or bend pipes.

Risk of falling. Risk of impact due to the possibility of products falling. Cutting injuries.
