WARNING
The machine must be checked by an authorized concessionary if any of its parts are worn or in poor
condition.
WARNING
Replace the hydraulic tubes each time they are damaged or, in any case, before the sixth year. The used
hydraulic oil must be properly collected and must not be dispersed into the environment since, according
to the laws in force, it is classified as dangerous waste and for this reason it must be given to the proper
collecting centers. Please, refer directly to the closest company for the collection of the used oils.
Maintenance on the hammers
WARNING
Braber is not liable for damage caused by vibrations generated by cutting rollers which have not been
balanced after the hammers have been replaced. Any requests for replacement under warranty or
reimbursement for damage caused due to the rollers malfunctioning will not be accepted.
Before restarting the Mulcher after lubrication and/or maintenance, it is mandatory to wait for the
authorization of the mechanical maintenance technician who must verify that:
• The works have been completed;
• The Mulcher works perfectly;
• The safety devices are in their correct place and fully functional;
• No other operations are being performed on the tractor.
Periodic maintenance
In order to guarantee proper operation of the Mulcher and improved operator safety, it is necessary to
periodically intervene with controls and maintenance operations listed in the table shown below.

-- Before restarting the Mulcher after lubrication and/or maintenance, it is mandatory to wait for the
