Maintenance and Repair

Firmware Updates

The installation of older firmware might be necessary:

•

to keep all systems on the same (validated) revision, or

•

if third- party control software requires a special version.

To upgrade/downgrade the firmware,

Download the firmware and the documentation from the Agilent web

Load the firmware into the module(s) as described in

“Updating the Firmware

Using The Single Mode”

on page 138 or

“Updating the Firmware Using The

Wizard”

on page 140.
