measurement.

Measurement settings can also be executed using DLL function of Agilent E5022/E5023.
Refer to the programming manual for the DLL’s detailed descriptions.

NOTE

Proper values for each parameter described in this chapter must be used. Each parameter
value depends on individual head characteristics that you use. DO NOT use the parameter
values described in this chapter.
